Woman mugged by bike-borne men in Ahmedabad
Pravina Goradiya, a resident of Satellite area here, was walking towards her home after withdrawing jewellery from a bank when the two bike-borne men snatched the bag from her and sped away, they said.
Goradiya raised an alarm and some eyewitnesses tried to chase the duo but failed to nab them.
The woman said in her complaint that she was robbed of 450 grams of gold and diamond jewellery worth Rs 13 lakh.
A manhunt was launched for the duo, police said.
