The accused Mina Devi along with her paramour named Hakim strangulated her husband Mohar Singh Kushwaha to death last night in Saipau area, SP Dholpur Rajesh Singh said.
The body was found in her house following which brother of the deceased lodged an FIR against the duo.
"Primary investigations revealed that the woman had illicit relationship with Hakim who lives in a nearby village. Her husband came to know about it and raised objection which led to the murder," he said.
