The victim's mother today complained that her daughter was allegedly kidnapped from her house on June 1 by Chetan and Parminder Singh, residents of their village only, they said.
The accused allegedly took her to Parminder's house where they raped her. Later they let her go.
Sub-Inspector Bindu Kumar told reporters that the police have registered a case against the two persons on the complaint of the woman's mother.
The accused are absconding, the police added.
