The woman, a resident of sector-55 Faridabad filed a complaint with the police accusing her husband Zakir Hussain and his accomplices Tayub Khan and Sarpanch Hanib of raping her.
In her complaint, the woman said that she met Zakir (50), a resident of Jakhhapur Ballabgarh, around three years ago and accused him of luring her into marriage.
Zakir also allegedly took Rs 2,50,000 from her which she has saved for purchasing a plot, the complaint said.
The woman later came to know that Zakir was married and lived with his wife at Jakhhapur village.
While on their way to Jakhhapur, Tayub and Sarpanch raped her. Later, she was taken to Zakir's house and confined there. it said, adding, the three raped her everyday and threatened her.
On June 15, the victim managed to flee and went to her sister's place in Badkhal village.
Based on the complaint, a case was registered at sector-55 police station against the three accused under relevant sections of the IPC.
