Waheedan was set on fire by her two sons Fazil (30) and Luqman (30) yesterday, as they were upset over giving a major chunk of property to their younger brother Rehman, SP (City) Ram Mohan Singh said.
The deceased has six sons but was living with her son Rehman, the SP said, adding, the victim was taken to the district hospital yesterday where she succumbed to her injuries today.
While Luqman has been absconding, Fazil was arrested following a complaint registered by Rehman, Singh said.
