Woman, son found murdered at home in Raj

A 30-year-old woman and her elder son were today found dead while the younger one was found injured at their house in Patan tehsil of Sikar district, police said.
The deceased were identified as Manju Devi Swami and her seven-year-old son Naveen alias Praveen, Patan Police said.
While Manju Devi's six-year-old son Amit was found injured and has been admitted to Sawai Man Singh Hospital, they said.
Neighbours spotted their bodies lying in a pool of blood in the morning after entering the home as none of them were seen outside of it, the police said.
Woman with her sons used to live alone as her husband works outside the state, the police said.

The reason behind the gruesome murder was yet to be ascertained, they said.
The bodies were sent for postmortem, and her husband was being contacted, they said.
