In an interview with New York Times, the 41-year-old actress opened up about her beauty routine.
Barrymore said that since her dermatologist Dr Roy Geronemus knows that she is not going to try "anything beyond lasers", he doesn't even bother talking about it.
"He did suggest some fillers the last time I was there. I was like: 'Not happening, Dr G! Talk to me in 10 years'," the "Going The Distance" star said.
She added that she remains makeup free for "90 per cent of my life".
