WOW Express to raise $12 million from series A

WOW Express, a technology-enabled e-commerce delivery platform today said its plan to raise USD 12 million in a series A round.
Wow Express has already raised a total of USD 3 million till date in early rounds of funding.
The company has declared Rs 19.2 crore revenue in FY17 and is expecting to achieve Rs 30 crore revenue during the current financial year.

De Beers Group today announced three changes to its executive committee. Neil Ventura, currently executive vice-president, Auction Sales, will become executive vice-president, Strategy and Innovation.
In his new role, Neil will leverage De Beers' leading market insight and technologies to rapidly shepherd new ideas from concept to implementation. Neil has extensive experience in market-facing roles across Asia, Africa and Europe.
Paul Rowley, currently executive vice-president, Global Sightholder Sales, will become executive vice-president, Diamond Trading. Alessandra Berridge, currently lead legal counsel for M&A at Anglo American, will become executive vice-president, Commercial and Partnerships.
*************** PhonePe achieves Rs 40,000 cr total payments volume run rate *
PhonePe, Flipkart's digital payments platform, today said it has become the fastest to reach a million transactions a day and achieved Rs 40,000 crore total payments volume run rate.
PhonePe has also achieved a total payments volume (TPV) annual run rate of Rs 40,000 crore within 14 months of market launch.
