"This Hindi-speaking 21-year-old youth has confessed to his crime and his involvement in killing of both the boys," Police Commissioner Satish Sharma said.
Sharma rushed to the site today after the recovery of the body of a five-year-old boy had been sodomised and found murdered on the banks of a river.
This is the second such incident reported from the area since January 31.
Prior to this, the dead body of a 10-year-old boy was found, who was also sodomimised and then murdered.
