Youth booked for attempting to rape 4-yr-old girl

A four-year-old girl was allegedly molested and raped by a youth in Shiv Durga Vihar area of the district, police said today.
Sanjay, a resident of Shiv Durga Vihar has been accused by a woman of attempting to molest and rape her four-year-old daughter since the past four years.
Police had filed a complaint in this regard following which a FIR was registered against Sanjay today.
Further investigation is on in the matter and efforts are on to nab the accused, the police spokesperson said.
