Police said the youth was around 25 years of age and the incident took place around 6.30 pm.
"Identity of the deceased has not been established yet since there no mobile phone or any note was recovered which could give details about him," said DCP(south east) Romil Baania.
A security guard of Chiranjivi Tower told police he tried to stop the youth from entering the building but he did not heed.
The guard went back to bring his colleagues to stop him but by then he had sneaked inside.
Police reached the spot after getting a PCR call. The youth was rushed to the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
The body of the deceased has been sent for post mortem and inquest proceedings were initiated to probe the matter further, the officer added.
