Niraj, from Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh who had come to the city a few days back in search of job, was found lying in a pool of blood in a room in Jakhan area yesterday morning where he was staying with a friend, police said today.
The house, where Niraj was found dead with multiple stab injuries on his face, was being rented by an acquaintance named Gyanendra Kumar Verma who had allowed him to stay in a room there, police said.
A message written in blood on one of the walls of the room read "raped my sister". But police suspect it may have been written deliberately by the killer to mislead the investigations.
