Mangal Chodhari was arrested late last night, while his three accomplices also wanted in the case are still at large, Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Kothmire of Kalwa Police Station said today.
The four allegedly assaulted the the minor girl, who along with her sister, had gone to answer nature's call last evening.
After she fell unconscious, they took her to an isolated spot, where they molested her, he said, adding the accused have also been charged with abduction.
