The accused, identified as 22-year-old Rahul Kumar, was arrested on Thursday by the Crime Branch in connection with the two robberies last month, Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime), Ravindra Yadav said.
On November 1, four armed robbers had barged into the office of NDPL Billing Centre near Tibia College at the DBG Road. They robbed Rs 65,000 from the cashier of the NDPL.
In the second incident on November 7, six persons intercepted a cash van of CMS Private Limited in Prasad Nagar. The van had collected cash from the LIC office at Prasad Nagar.
