Jitender alias Rahul alias Jindu (22) is a member of Gaurav Jharera's gang.
Yesterday, police got a tip-off about the accused's movement in Naraina area after which a trap was laid and Jitender was arrested.
"The accused has been involved in seven cases of murders, attempt to murder, theft and Arms Act which are registered in Delhi Cantt police station," said a police official.
Probe revealed that the accused came in contact with Jharera, who has 33 cases against him, in Tihar prison in 2013.
They thrashed Kalu, who died in AIIMS on November 21.
Police is still looking for Jharera and his associates.
