Youth jailed for 5 yrs for luring teen girl

A youth has been sentenced to five years' imprisonment for luring a teenage girl and taking her with him.
Upper District and Sessions Judge-13 Ashok Kumar Singh sentenced Sukhvinder to five years in jail and imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on him for luring and taking away the 17-year-old girl.
The girl's father had lodged a complaint with police that the accused had met his daughter in a wedding in Deenagadhi in December last year and had lured her and taken her away.
After listening to both sides, the judge held Sukhvinder guilty.
