The incident was reported from Alipur area and the accused Akmal was arrested. The deceased has been identified as Shamshul Hasan (48), a property dealer, and his associate Kamaluddin (45).
Akmal's estranged mother Shahjahan is undergoing treatment. She had left Akmal and his father two decades ago and was living in Uttar Pradesh's Etah.
According to police, Shahjahan came along with Hasan and another person and started quarrelling over possession of plot.
Angry over this, Akmal stabbed Hasan, Kamaluddin and Shahjahan. Two of them died later.
Soon a friend came in a motorcycle and helped Akmal flee. But Akmal was soon arrested.
Efforts are on to nab the friend who helped Akmal flee.
