Police received information about a body lying near a wall of Police Colony.
The deceased was identified as Chetan Singh, a resident of Rani Bagh.
His Aadhaar card and driving licence were lying near his body.
Police said Chetan had left his home yesterday on his bike but didn't return, police said.
Police suspected the involvement of someone known to Chetan in the crime. There were signs that liquor was consumed at the spot and it is suspected that an argument might have broken out after they consumed liquor leading to the murder, they added.
