Munish Yadav (23) and Sandeep Kumar Sain (20) were apprehended from ISBT Kashmere Gate last night when they were roaming around there in a suspicious way.
When they saw police, they allegedly tried to flee but were overpowered by the personnel after a brief chase.
"A search yielded 18.5 kgs of ganja from them. They used to purchase ganja from Muzzafarpur in Bihar and dispose it of at Haryana's Sirsa after packing it in small pouches," Sindhu Pillai, Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) said.
Yadav runs a tea shop in Sirsa while Sain works as a barber in the same area. Both of them have been arrested for the first time.
