India's 2014/15 planned expenditure seen as same as previous year

REUTERS - The finance minister said on Monday that planned expenditure for 2014/15 was seen at about the same level as 2013/14.

Minister P.Chidambaram was presenting an interim budget to tide public finances over until a new government is formed after elections due by May.
