Jaitley abolishes wealth tax, levies surcharge on super rich

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India will abolish wealth tax and replace it with an additional 2 percent surcharge on the country's super rich, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said on Saturday, when presenting the government's full-year budget.
