Rosneft says reaches preliminary oil supply deal with Essar
NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Russia's top crude oil producer Rosneft has reached a preliminary agreement to supply India's Essar Group with 10 million tonnes of oil over a 10-year period.
Rosneft head Igor Sechin told reporters in New Delhi that the deal could be extended.
