Sensex edges lower; metals drag

Reuters Market Eye - The BSE Sensex is down 0.41 percent, while the broader Nifty is trading down 0.43 percent.

Metal stocks lead decline on concerns over growth in China.

Hindalco Industries falls 3.5 percent while Jindal Steel and Power Ltd is trading down 3.4 percent.

Asian shares inched tentatively higher as the focus turned to an imminent policy decision from the Bank of Japan.

Overseas investors sell Indian shares worth 632.4 million rupees ($10.30 million) on Wednesday, provisional exchange data shows.
