Assam Refineries Likely To Resart Plants Today

Repairs on the trunk pipeline carrying crude to the Barauni refinery will take some time. The main crude distillation unit of the Digboi refinery which was shut down on Saturday may also resume operations today.

J M B Barauh, CMD of BRPL said the company would resume operations at its main crude distillation plant within an hour of resumption of crude supply. The plant was shut down on Friday.
