Bajoria Asked To Appear In Fera Case

A Delhi court has directed Arun Kumar Bajoria, a Calcutta-based businessman to appear before it on March 3 on Enforecement Directorates two complaints for non-compliance of summons in an alleged Fera violation case. The court, however,exempted him from personal appearence on February 19 in view of the stay of proceedings against him in another complaint.
