Bhopal Victims

Ian Percival, Union Carbide Corporations (UCC) sole trustee on the Bhopal Hospital Trust being set up to treat victims of the 1984 tragedy was yesterday given a free hand by the Supreme Court in the utilisation of Rs 187 crore for the construction of the hospital.
