Bjd Allegation

The newly formed Biju Janata Dal (BJD) yesterday accused the Congress regime in Orissa of violating the model code of conduct and misutilising government machinery and funds to further its poll prospects. BJD would soon submit specific instances, party president Nabin Patnaik said. PTI
