BSP Rajya Sabha MP Jai Prakash Rawat along with over 15 other supporters today joined Samajwadi Party in Hardoi.
Rawat, his wife Jyoti, a district panchayat chairman, and over 15 block heads joined SP in presence of party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav at a public meeting in Harpalpur here.
SP general secretary Naresh Agarwal said Rawat would strengthen the party in the region.
