Escotel Subscribers Exceed 150000

Cellular operator cotel announced that its custo er base has crossed the 150,000 mark, recording an increase of 50 percent over 100;000 in October 1999.

The company plans to achieve a base of 200,000 by October. Escotel plans to build further on this growth by rolling out aggressively from the current 93 towns to 123 towns by March 2001.
