In sharp contrast, the Mumbai police have a more relaxed approach. Traffic is not disrupted even for the sake of the prime minister. One does see the ubiquitous policeman on road or rooftop, but they are armed with just a wooden stick.

It is more a case of having the right perception. Maybe Delhi police can take a few tips from their counterparts in Mumbai.
