Senior Congress leader and former Union minister KC Pant yesterday dissociated himself from the Congress and decided to support the BJP in the coming Lok Sabha polls. His wife, Ila Pant, who had joined the BJP in 1991, is the BJP candidate from Nainital from where UPCC president and former Chief Minister ND Tiwari is seeking re-election.
