A state government spokesman said the proposed complex will be equipped with world-class facilities and will be completed within three years.

Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) has already allotted 6.5 acre of land for the project.

Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation is confident once the complex comes up, it will attract small and medium software companies.

It said the software units to be set up in the complex will secure an investment of over Rs 100 crore. The corporation is setting up a hi-tech industrial park for software and hi-tech industries, called Silicon Heights, on the Surajkund-Badkhal Road in Faridabad district.

The project will be spread over a 80-acre plot and is estimated to cost Rs 30 crore.

The Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation is setting up an electronics industrial estate at Joshi Chauhan in Sonepat district on a 28-acre plot.
