Rbi Cuts Repo Rates, Signals Stability

The RBI slashed the cut-off rate for six-day repo by 50 basis points to 14.50 per cent while the one-day repo rate was slashed by 25 basis points to 14.25 per cent. The apex bank also infused a small amount into the system through the reverse repo route yesterday after a gap of few weeks.
