Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi yesterday announced that tariff for domestic consumers, who consumed less than 50 units of power per month, would not be hiked. (In the tariff revision announced on Monday, the govt had spared domestic consumers who used less than 25 units per month from the hike).
