City-based provider of software solutions for transportation and logistics industry Four Soft Limited (4S), in conjunction with the Freight Forwarding Industry and Four Soft Alliance (FFIFA), has chosen carbon emissions as the topic of discussion at its second global meet to be held today in Copenhagen, Denmark. Four Soft and FFIFA have developed an emission calculator labelled ‘eMission’, which provides detailed data of emissions and allows transport and logistics companies to document and report the emission of green house gases directly to the transport customers.
During the meet, Four Soft will also announce the launch of its complete software suite for business analysis ‘4S Infotips’, a business analysis application based on a single architecture to cover all types of analysis and reporting needs of all organisations, the company said.
