HCL has transferred six practice leads from its BPO division to more senior responsibilities at its flagship HCL Technologies. The IT major has to resort to roping in people from its BPO practice after facing a lack of choices on the skills front from outside the company, according to reliable sources.
“The entry of the practice heads from the BPO business will strengthen synergies with technology and services business, where clients can get more robust end-to-end support,” the source said.
