Cognizant Technology Solutions has announced that it has been named in Fortune magazine's list of 100 fastest growing companies for the fourth consecutive year. | |
| A company statement said that Cognizant was ranked 31st in the list. The company was one of the only two companies to be named a "Four year all-star" for its performance, the release said. |

| The companies were ranked based on their revenue growth rate, EPS growth rate and the three-year annualised total return to investors for the period ended June 30, 2006. |

| The overall ranking is based on the sum of the three categories. Cognizant generated a 77 per cent annualised return to investors with 63 per cent EPS growth and 57 per cent revenue growth during this period. |
