Personal Computer maker Dell today launched its new laptop 'Vostro V13' aimed at small and medium businesses and priced at Rs 28,500 onward.

"The addressable IT market in the country for the SMB segment is worth about $7.6 million, while hardware accounts for about $3.25 million. It is a growing segment and we want to target this segment," Dell India General Manager (Small and Medium Business) Ravi Bharadwaj told reporters here.

Vostro V13 is 16.5mm thick, weighs 1.59 kg and is equipped with ultra-low-voltage Intel (ULV) processors to manage energy efficiency, he added.

"Currently, our range for the SMB segment comprises eight notebooks and three desktops and going ahead this will only increase," Bharadwaj said.

He, however, declined to comment on the contribution of the SMB sector to Dell's revenues.
