Elitecore launches network security operations in Africa

Ahmedabad-based Elitecore Technologies, a leading provider of network security solutions announced foray into the African market with its NGN ready billing support system and operations support system (BSS/OSS) product suits. Elitecore will offer its billing and revenue management, AAA and PCRF product suites in the African telecommunication market.

The Carlyle investee IT product company also showcased its NGN product suits to leading service providers of the African subcontinent at the recent Fourth Annual Service and Network Operations meet at Swaziland.

Talking about the company's foray into the African market for BSS/OSS product suits, Nikhil Jain, chief operating officer, Elitecore Technologies said, “We are uniquely positioned in the OSS/BSS segment as a single vendor offering AAA, billing and revenue management and rating and charging solutions, along with that we have significant experience of standalone as well as end-end turnkey solution deployments across regions, for NGN networks, thereby giving the operators a significant go to market and cost advantage.”
