Motif opens delivery center in Philippines

Motif Inc, a leading provider of Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) services, formally inaugurated its new delivery center in Quezon City, Philippines. The 450+ seat center involves an initial investment of $2.5 million and makes a significant increase in the company's capacity to globally deliver BPO services and support its expanding customer base.
 
"Motif's presence adds significant value to the economic growth of the country and further enhance Philippines' reputation as a global BPO hub," said Lilia B de Lima, the undersecretary and director general of Philippines Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) at the launch.
 
Equipped with latest technology, the new facility serves as a center of excellence for voice-based customer support and enables geographical redundancy for Motif's clients.
 
According to Kaushal Mehta, founder and chairman of Motif, "I am delighted to announce our new Philippines center which expands our global presence and positions us for solid future growth."
