IT solutions and BPO services provider MphasiS has hired Boston Consulting Group to revamp its business structure.
"MphasiS has aggressive plans and needs the right structure to support our ambitions. The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has been appointed as consultant to provide recommendations on organisation structure," MphasiS Chief Executive Officer Balu Ganesh Ayyar said.
This will help the company grow direct channel business, apart from increasing overall organisational effectiveness, he added.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 271.24 crore for the quarter ended July 31, 2010, as compared to Rs 229.23 crore for the same quarter last year, up 18 per cent.
