IT and BPO major Patni Computer Systems today announced that it has partnered with Japanese firm Hitachi to jointly promote and implement integrated systems management in emerging markets outside Japan.
"We are delighted to extend our relationship with Hitachi as its partner for 'JP1'. We, at Patni, have always maintained a strong focus on the Japan and APAC market, and we see immense potential in this region," Patni Country Manager (Japan) Kent Asai said in a statement.
Hitachi's JP1 is a suite of products for centrally managing enterprise operations.
Patni and Hitachi will provide system configuration and JP1 support for Japanese and local companies in markets like India and the Middle East, the statement said.
