Servion to expand base in SE Asia

Servion Global Solutions, provider of business process outsourcing solutions, expects to expand its presence in Southeast Asia by opening representative offices in Malaysia, Philippines, Shanghai, Guangzhou in China.
 
At present, Southeast region contributes about 15 to 16 per cent of the company's turnover which is expected to increase by another 10 per cent during the current fiscal. Servion's reported a total turnover of Rs 50 crore during 2004-05.
 
In a press statement, M Rangarajan, president-global sales, Servion Global Solutions, said, "We believe, Servion has a clear advantage in the Asia Pacific contact centre market because of our strong domain knowledge, impressive track record and our onsite or offsite business model."
 
Servion intends to play a critical role in the contact centre solutions market in Malaysia and Philippines as banks and telecom service providers are consolidating and are rapidly embarking to acquire latest technologies in these countries, added, Rajesh Krishnan, associate vice president-sales, Servion Global Solutions.
 
Servion has existing business partners and customers in Singapore, Korea, Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines. Servion is global business partner and value added reseller of Avaya products and it intends to expand and consolidate market share along with Avaya.
 
Local companies like SLW communications, Oconnors Engineering are Servion's business partners.
