| According to the $5 million agreement, Sonata will provide complete outsourcing services to Church's, including remote infrastructure management network and data centre management, helpdesk and application management. |

| The deal is spread over five years and will enable Church to lower its IT outsourcing costs substantially and improve the quality of customer service. |
