| The company is using distributor's premises wherein any operator can walk in and purchase vouchers as well as lodge service and equipment complaints. |

| The PTB operator would have to fill a Redressal form known as the Red form that would categorically target the problem the operator is facing and the marketing, sales or service teams will provide the solution. |

| Primary problems related to installation, spare parts of printers or machines, extra glow signs etc would also be solved instantly. |

| In cases where the problems cannot be solved on the spot, their representatives will make a note of the problem, escalate it and solve it at the earliest. |
