Amines & Plasticizers Ltd will establish a subsidiary in UAE for trading and specialty chemicals. “The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on April 27, 2016, inter alia, approved the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in RAK Free Zone, Ras AL Khamiah in the United Arab Emirates for doing the business of general trading / specialty chemicals,” said Amines & Plasticizers in a BSE filing.
Amines & Plasticizers Limited (APL) is one of the leading producers of ethanolamines, alkyl alkanolamines, plasticisers, morpholine, alkyl morpholines and gas treating solvents in India.
In the field of ethanolamines and alkyl alkanolamines, APL claims to serve approximately 75-80 percent of the total demand of the Indian market and exports to over 35 countries globally including USA, Canada, Germany, Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, etc.
APL manufactures a wide range of plasticisers which include phthalates, sebacates, trimellitates, acetates, maleates, etc. It also custom manufacture a range of esters/plasticisers to cater to specific customer’s needs.
