Steel Strips Wheels bags order for tractor wheels in Thailand

Steel Strips Wheels Ltd (SSWL) has bagged an export order of $ 2 million (about 13 crores) from NTI Thailand, which will ultimately go to Siam Kubota Corp Ltd (SKC), for supplying tractor wheels for their Chonburi production facility.
 
It will involve development of 2 new wheels from SSWL's Dappar plant, which will be applied on a new tractor model of Kubota. Mass supplies are expected to start from June 2016. The total expected volume from this program over a period of 5 years is 42,000 tractor wheels.
