Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) have pipped Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to take third position on the IPL 2024 points table. Mumbai Indians (MI), who can attain a maximum of 14 points if they win their remaining 4 fixtures, are still, mathematically, in race of playoffs but have to dependent on other teams for finding a place in playoffs.
Mumbai now have only three wins in 10 matches. They are languished at the 9th spot just above Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).

Currently, three teams -- CSK, SRH, and DC, have 10 points each and all the teams' rankings are based on net runrate. Punjab Kings (PBKS) moved to the seventh spot of the IPL 2024 points table after a win against Chennai Super Kings.
Rajasthan Royals (RR) are way ahead of the remaining nine teams with 8 wins in nine matches.
Notably, Royal Challengers Bengaluru are still languished at the bottom of the IPL 2024 points table with six points in 10 games.
