Board of Omaxe approves NCD issuance of Rs 199 cr

The Board of Omaxe at its meeting held on 15 May 2025 has approved fund raising by way of issuance of up to 1994 Unrated Senior Secured Non-Convertible Debentures, (NCDs) having a face value of INR 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs.199.40 crore, in one or more tranches, on a Private Placement basis.
