Home First Finance Company India has allotted 7,086 equity shares under ESOP on 14 February 2024. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 17,69,74,766/- consisting of 8,84,87,383 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 17,69,88,938 /- consisting of 8,84,94,469 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
